Our client, a boutique law firm in downtown Minneapolis is excited to welcome a Senior Litigation Paralegal to their growing firm. This is an opportunity to be the lead litigation paralegal for the firm, sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team.
The firm is open to several arrangements
• Full-time or part-time
• W-2 or 1099
What You'll Do
• Manage employment, trust, and estate litigation in state and federal courts
• Manage matters from intake through discovery, mediation, arbitration, settlement, or trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Lead the preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI
• Prepare damages calculations, deposition summaries, and trial notebooks
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 8 years of litigation paralegal experience
• 5 years of employment litigation experience preferred
• Strong experience with MNDES, e-filing, and e-discovery
