Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 Benefits

About the role
This is a hands-on Tableau Developer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards and analytics solutions that provide meaningful business insights.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, build visually engaging dashboards, and improve the overall data visualization and reporting lifecycle. The role will also involve troubleshooting performance issues, optimizing Tableau environments, and ensuring users can access accurate, actionable information.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions
- Create wireframes and dashboard prototypes with a strong focus on user experience and usability
- Translate complex business requirements into effective reporting and visualization solutions
- Work with large data sets while ensuring optimal dashboard and workbook performance
- Troubleshoot data, dashboard, and performance issues across Tableau environments
- Support Tableau administration, platform management, and ongoing enhancements
- Monitor dashboard usage and performance, making improvements where required
- Utilize statistical techniques and calculations to deliver deeper analytical insights
What we need from you
- 5 years of Tableau development experience
- Strong experience building Tableau dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Advanced Tableau development skills including calculations, parameters, and visualizations
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing workbook performance
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical dashboard specifications
- Knowledge of Tableau Administration and platform management
- Experience with Tableau Prep
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Understanding of statistical functions and analytical techniques
