Salary: $190,000 - $250,000

We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Solutions Director who combines commercial leadership, solution architecture expertise, and executive client engagement to drive large-scale transformation programmes.

This is not a traditional delivery role.

We are looking for a proven deal-maker and trusted advisor who can originate, shape, and close complex SAP-led engagements within the Professional Services sector.

The Role

You will operate at the intersection of sales, consulting, and solution design, leading strategic engagements from initial client conversation through to deal closure and transition into delivery.

You will:

• Engage and influence C-level stakeholders, shaping their digital transformation agenda
• Originate and close high-value SAP S/4HANA opportunities, not just support sales cycles
• Lead consulting-led solution development, crafting compelling, differentiated propositions
• Translate client challenges into commercially viable SAP solutions
• Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from qualification through proposal, orals, and negotiation
• Position SAP S/4HANA (including Public Cloud) as a strategic transformation platform, not just a system implementation
• Work closely with global delivery teams to ensure solutions are credible, scalable, and deliverable
• Build reusable assets and approaches to accelerate future opportunities

What We’re Really Looking For

This role requires a rare combination of capabilities. The successful candidate will be:

• A proven revenue driver with experience closing multi-million SAP engagements
• A credible SAP S/4HANA solution architect with hands-on understanding of implementation
• A trusted advisor who can challenge and guide senior client stakeholders
• A consulting leader who can run workshops, shape thinking, and build consensus
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating opportunities, not just responding to them

Experience & Background

• Recent experience within a Big 4 consulting firm (last 5 years)
• 5 years of SAP experience within the Professional Services domain
• Proven delivery of at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
• Strong background in pre-sales, solutioning, and commercial structuring
• Demonstrated success in leading and closing complex transformation deals
• Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall SAP delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel as required
