I’m hiring for a Salesforce Technical Lead to support a major enterprise financial services environment, with a strong focus on hands-on Salesforce development, technical design, integration, and delivery leadership.
This is a highly technical role suited to someone who can still code deeply in Apex and Lightning Web Components, lead complex Salesforce implementation work, and coordinate effectively across business, IT, onsite, and offshore teams.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Advanced Apex coding, Apex Triggers, Apex APIs, and Apex Web Services
- Strong Lightning Web Components development experience
- Salesforce integration experience across enterprise business systems
- Experience with Salesforce org merge, Lightning migration, and data migration/design
- Strong Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment knowledge
- Experience with Visualforce, AppExchange deployment, workflows, approvals, and Salesforce controls
- Strong Service-Oriented Architecture and integration background
- Technical design experience across complex Salesforce landscapes
- Salesforce technical certifications, with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on Salesforce technical delivery across custom build, integration, and component development
- Build complex LWC components, execute quick POCs, and support technical design decisions
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and onsite/offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
