Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

We’re hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to help design and build enterprise-grade business applications used across critical operational functions.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building scalable applications, modernising workflows, and creating clean user experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop Canvas Apps with polished, user-focused UI/UX
- Build scalable Model-Driven Apps for data-centric business processes
- Create and optimise Power Automate workflows
- Design robust Dataverse data models, relationships, and business logic
- Integrate applications with internal and third-party systems via APIs
- Build reporting and visualisation solutions with Power BI
- Define and improve application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to deliver business-critical solutions
What we’re looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI
- Strong understanding of data modelling (Dataverse / SQL)
- Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems
- Eye for clean UI/UX and building intuitive applications
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Power Platform governance / ALM experience
- Azure integration exposure
- Experience in enterprise transformation or workflow automation programmes
