Position Available: DNS/DDI Network Engineer
Location: You can be based in Irving, TX OR Jacksonville, FL
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000
Experience needed: Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise networks or DDI solutions, with strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management. Experience with TCPWave, BlueCat, or Infoblox would be highly beneficial.
About the Role
We're looking for a DNS/DDI Network Engineer to support and improve critical DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management services within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role focuses on delivering reliable and secure DDI infrastructure, resolving high-impact incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and automating operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support enterprise DDI services
- Resolve high-impact incidents and lead root cause analysis
- Develop testing approaches and assess the impact of DDI changes
- Automate repetitive administration and operational processes
- Review technical requirements and support infrastructure planning
- Collaborate with Network Architecture, Security, and Operations teams
- Maintain clear technical documentation and operating procedures
What we need from you:
- A good depth of experience supporting enterprise networks or DDI solutions
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management
- Experience with TCPWave, BlueCat, or Infoblox would be advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills
- Experience managing major incidents and conducting root cause analysis
- Experience in financial services or another large global environment is preferred
