🏢 Enterprise Insurance Transformation Programme
We’re working with a major enterprise client undergoing a large-scale Guidewire transformation, and they’re hiring across multiple QA streams.
Rather than siloed roles, they’re looking for strong Guidewire testing professionals who can operate across automation, performance, or end-to-end testing environments.
If you’ve worked on PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter, there’s a strong chance you’ll fit one of the teams.
🧠What they’re looking for
- Strong experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter)
- Background in P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance
- Solid experience in QA / Testing within Agile environments
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Working knowledge of SQL for validation and analysis
đź”§ Where you might fit
🔹 Automation / QA Lead
- Hands-on with Selenium and/or Playwright
- Building and scaling automation frameworks
- CI/CD integration experience (nice to have)
🔹 Performance Testing Specialist
- Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, or K6
- Strong understanding of performance, load & scalability testing
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and drive optimisation
🔹 End-to-End Test Lead / Manager
- Experience owning test strategy across full Guidewire lifecycle
- Managing SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
- Strong stakeholder and programme-level ownership
