The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale a core product line focused on security intelligence, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and platform infrastructure.
This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role where you'll define product vision, drive execution, and deliver solutions that help organizations manage risk, meet regulatory requirements, and maintain continuous compliance in rapidly evolving environments.
You'll work closely with engineering, research, go-to-market, and leadership teams to build products that customers rely on for real-time insights, security assurance, and compliance at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Define and execute a product strategy across security, risk, and compliance domains
- Build and prioritize a data-driven roadmap focused on GRC, analytics, and platform capabilities
- Develop products that enable continuous compliance, audit readiness, and risk visibility
- Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, high-performance systems in complex environments
- Translate regulatory and customer requirements into clear product specifications
- Collaborate with GTM teams to drive product positioning, adoption, and revenue growth
- Leverage user feedback, compliance trends, and analytics to continuously optimize the product
- Act as the voice of the customer, balancing business, regulatory, and technical constraints
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or security products
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) within a product, security, or compliance-focused role
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience building or working with compliance automation, audit tooling, or risk management platforms
- Background in cybersecurity, fintech, blockchain, or highly technical domains preferred
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex products
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptography-related products
- Familiarity with on-chain risk monitoring or smart contract auditing tools
- Exposure to real-time security monitoring or threat intelligence platforms
