💰 $110,000–$130,000 base salary

I’m recruiting an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead to join a major organisation within the Property & Casualty insurance sector.

This is a senior, hands-on position combining integration architecture, technical delivery and team leadership. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable ClaimCenter integrations across enterprise platforms, vendor applications and third-party services.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration solutions

• Design REST/SOAP services, messaging interfaces, batch processes and event-driven integrations

• Integrate ClaimCenter with policy, billing, financial, CRM and vendor systems

• Lead and support onsite and offshore development teams

• Conduct solution-design reviews, code reviews and complex production troubleshooting

• Support Guidewire Cloud implementations and legacy-modernisation programmes

• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, code-quality and DevSecOps practices

• Collaborate with architects, product owners and business stakeholders throughout delivery

Required experience:

• 8 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience

• 5 years of Guidewire integration experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Gosu, Java/J2EE, REST APIs and SOAP web services

• Experience with JSON, XML, XSD, Integration Gateway, messaging and batch frameworks

• Kafka or comparable event-driven messaging experience

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Guidewire Cloud and InsuranceSuite experience

• Property & Casualty insurance expertise

• Understanding of the claims lifecycle, including FNOL, exposures, financials, activities and vendor integrations

• Previous technical leadership experience within Agile delivery environments

Additional experience with AWS, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, SonarQube, TeamCity and CI/CD implementation would be highly beneficial. Guidewire ACE or Associate Developer certification is preferred.
