Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000

About the Role:
An established New Jersey based general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead a ground-up multifamily residential development in Westchester. This is a key leadership role offering full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout with a firm recognized for its consistent delivery of quality residential buildings across the Hudson.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of the construction process, from preconstruction through final turnover
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and performance
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders with support from APM and project engineers
Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, ownership, and field teams
Monitor progress against milestones and resolve issues to maintain momentum
Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
Drive project closeout, turnover packages, and final inspections
Qualifications:
5 years of experience managing ground-up multifamily or residential construction in NYC/NJ
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Strong command of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project scheduling software
Deep knowledge of NYC building codes, DOB inspections, and local subcontractor market
OSHA 30 certification required
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
