Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through execution and completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and milestones that align with organizational priorities.
- Create and maintain clear project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Facilitate meetings, establish accountability, and proactively remove obstacles that may impact delivery.
- Translate complex initiatives into actionable workstreams with measurable outcomes.
- Prepare polished presentations and materials for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience creating project roadmaps, timelines, governance documentation, and executive-level reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives and adapting communication to different leadership styles.
