The Opportunity:

Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
- Admitted to practice in Connecticut
- Strong writing skills (writing samples required)
- Transactional experience (5-20 million dollar transactions)
