- Validate options vested and exercised
- Manage all activity related to equity across a global remit

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in equity operations/stock administration
- Ideally experience in a high-growth technology environment
- Deep knowledge of equity instruments
- Familiarity with UK equity regulations
- CEP designation required
