CFO (High-Growth Technology Company)

-Oversee all finance and accounting (FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, audit, IR)

-Lead M&A activity and capital strategy (debt, equity, and investments)

-Own IPO readiness preparation efforts

-Lead a high-performing global finance team

-Own all Board and Audit preparation and reporting

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

-10 years of progressive finance experience

-MBA highly preferred

-3 years in investment banking/private equity

-7 years in strategic finance/fp&a at a high-growth technology business

-Experience and familiarity with M&A and IPO process

-Foundational knowledge of accounting

-"Hands on" mentality and attitude
