What You'll Do
- Visit residential job sites to evaluate electrical needs, troubleshoot issues, and scope work.
- Educate homeowners on code-compliant, safe, and energy-efficient options.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates for electrical repairs, panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, rewiring, and more.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers by delivering professional, honest, and transparent service.
- Collaborate with dispatch, electricians, and installation teams to ensure smooth job handoff and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NEC code requirements, electrical products, and safety standards.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in residential electrical work (Licensed OR Journeyman Electrician)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to homeowners in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- A track record of success in sales, customer service, or estimating roles.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional presence, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Passion for helping people and solving problems.
- Stand/Sit Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
