What You'll Do:
- Respond to service calls specifically related to HVAC equipment still under warranty.
- Evaluate whether repairs are covered under the warranty terms.
- Inspect malfunctioning HVAC units to determine cause of failure.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in heating, cooling, ventilation, or control systems.
- Perform repairs or replacements of parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety codes.
- Complete detailed warranty paperwork
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and warranty providers.
What You'll Bring:
- 2 years of residential HVAC Service experience
- Valid DL
- Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and customer service skills
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
