As a Maintainer, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing preventative maintenance tasks that uphold our high standards of safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and facility systems to identify potential issues early.
- Repairs, cleans and assists with turnover vacant apartments includes painting ,plaster ,install kitchen cabinets , floors and more as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting machinery for optimal performance.
- Cleaning of interior and exterior of buildings include vacant units. Clean and mop floors and stairwells in buildings.
- Document all maintenance activities thoroughly, maintaining accurate records of work orders and other documents for future reference and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance schedules and respond promptly to urgent repair needs.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues.
- Operates variety of automotive and maintenance equipment such as trucks, sweepers , snow blowers., movers etc.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles within industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Ability to perform a variety of routine maintenance and repair tasks in the upkeep of buildings, machinery, property and tools as needed.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to diagnosing issues quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and report findings accurately.
