Human Resources Coordinator - Stable & Expanding Company in West Omaha
This respected, large company in Omaha, NE is looking for a team player with a “can do” mindset to support a variety of HR-related functions within their growing organization. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, updates, and system-related items.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and other internal teams to respond to questions and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and status updates related to new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other changes.
- Assist with onboarding and off boarding of new employees.
- Find new ways to improve internal processes and system automations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Outlook.
