Excel Analyst - Get Your Foot in the Door with a Reputable Company - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!
Hemphill is proud to partner with this established Omaha corporation to identify an analytical team player. This role is ideal if you are looking to build your career in a stable organization while developing strong analytical and technical skills that will open doors to future opportunities. You will gain the tools and experience needed to build a solid foundation at a stable, growth-oriented company.
You will use Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros) to analyze financial data and improve team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze reports and identify discrepancies using excel - responsible for reporting, tracking, and reconciling financial statements and data.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and recommend more efficient solutions, leveraging excel to enhance team efficiency
- Collaborate with team members across internal departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
