Key & Initial Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of accounting & finance operations while managing a small team of experienced high performers
- Optimize financial systems – select and implement a new ERP system, create systems, processes, and controls that ensure everything is running smoothly and the company’s infrastructure is well positioned for growth
- Work very closely with the current owner and CEO as you learn what has made him so successful for the past 30 years. You will gain direct exposure to his negotiation tactics, investment strategies, introductions to key leaders, and development into a successful successor and business owner
- We are searching for someone who will enjoy owning accounting & finance operations while also being heavily involved in operations, sales strategy, customer and vendor management, and other key responsibilities as you are groomed to help lead the business into its next generation
