College World Series Ticket Specialist - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!
Are you looking for a fun summer gig and to make a lot of money in a short period of time?! This is a great opportunity to work with a very well-known and successful Omaha sports company this June during the College World Series. Work with a high-caliber team of smart, hard-working individuals with a lot of positive energy and a “getter done” mentality. This is a fast paced environment where everyone is working together to buy and sell tickets while providing top-notch customer service to sport enthusiasts.
- Assist customers via phone and email to buy and sell tickets. Then transfer tickets electronically to customer accounts using a ticket app.
- Enter information into Excel - high attention to detail is a must!
- Work across multiple platforms identifying specific tickets requested.
- Problem solve when issues arise to make sure customers get to the game on time and in the correct seat.
