Associate Planner - CFP Candidate - Hemphill Exclusive
Join a notable and industry recognized wealth and investments firm as an Associate Planner. This opportunity positions you to develop complex planning with an organization serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. While sitting with a team of planners, you will have the direct exposure to philosophies and strategies for executing complex and diversified planning concepts across a wide client base. This firm exhibits a unique and highly functioning team of leaders and collaborative colleagues to guide, mentor, and support planners at the earlier stages of their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under high-touch leadership researching and designing planning strategies in line with the firm's core planning disciplines
- Analyze financial data and confidential client information stewarding the executive planning concepts in every phase of analysis
- Deliver planning recommendations aligned to the planning philosophy of the firm
- Act diligently in creating long-term relationships through proactive communication providing service excellence internally and externally
- Participate in continuous learning and contribute to internal process improvements
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of financial planning experience as an associate advisor or paraplanner
- Proven track record of fundamental planning concepts executed across wealth and investments
- A career start in insurance offerings, investment strategies, and planning concepts for client distribution
- Strong analytical, interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, life and health insurance certification, Series 7 and 63, and commitment to CFP either obtained, or as a CFP candidate
