Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are looking for a team member to help bring our social media to life! This internal position is a great opportunity to express your creativity and highlight our amazing team and patients on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and post 2-3 social media posts per week
• Capture and collect photos/videos around the office and during special events to be featured on our social media channels.
• Monitor and engage with followers by liking and responding to comments and messages on our social media accounts to help grow community interaction.
• Follow the recommendations and best practices provided by Neon Canvas for content creation and posting.
• Coordinate content submission to Neon Canvas for professional editing. You have the option to create/edit/write content yourself or utilize the Neon Canvas Creative Request Form for assistance.
• Meet monthly to review content performance, strategize for future posts, and/or address any questions or challenges.

​​Time Commitment:

Initially, expect to spend around 10-15 hours per month, so that you get to know our team and understand our office environment. As you become more comfortable in the role and establish a solid planning process, this will likely decrease.

Compensation:

Pay of $150-$300 per month based on experience, efficiency, and quality of content.
