Join Our Cultivation Team as Lead Grower
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Grower to manage operations across multiple cultivation sites including indoor grow rooms and a greenhouse facility. If you’re hands-on, highly organized, and ready to take ownership of plant health, team performance, and yield outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full plant lifecycle: Transplanting, IPM, feeding, and harvest
- Maintain and optimize grow environments (HVAC, CO₂, VPD, fertigation, etc.)
- Oversee strict treatment and nutrient schedules
- Track plant health, yields, and compliance documentation
- Lead and train cultivation staff, assign tasks, and maintain clean, efficient grow spaces
- Respond to urgent issues—including weekends and holidays, as needed
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on cannabis or hemp cultivation experience
- Proven knowledge of indoor and greenhouse grow systems
- Comfortable with fertigation systems, climate controls, and IPM best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and accountability
- Ability to work on-call and meet production goals under tight timelines
- Ability to diagnose where equipment malfunctions will occur
- Drive to multiple locations to versee multiple site performance
