Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure
- Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support HP servers and enterprise environments
- Track inventory and provide service updates
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in desktop IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills
- Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service needs
- Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
- Experience supporting HP servers or enterprise infrastructure preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- This role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $26- $28 USD based on experience and skillsets.
