- 2 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or print/hardware environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common enterprise applications.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel between client sites and ability to lift equipment and perform physical support tasks as needed.
- This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for printers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, print, and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and IT hardware systems
- Support device deployments, refreshes, and project rollouts
- Maintain accurate service records, asset tracking, and inventory
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
