- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between client sites
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,000 - $57,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

- Support project rollouts and deployments
