- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and user issues
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications
- Flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of$24-$28 USD based on experience and skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
- Support project rollouts and deployments
