POSITION OPENING
Preschool Paraprofessional
(ESS/Willsub Employee)
Required Qualifications:
- Meet licensing/program requirements for a background check, fingerprinting, and other program clearances, if applicable.
- Must obtain Basic First Aid and CPR Certification
- Experience working with preschool children
Job Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Experience working with preschool-age children in a classroom setting
- Skilled in communication, both written and verbal
- Flexible and willing to help where needed
- Additional duties as assigned
A successful candidate will be able to:
- Assist in children’s growth and development
- Support the Lead and Assistant Teacher as needed with day-to-day activities
- Have a positive and caring attitude
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure student success and a positive caring environment
