Position Overview
As a Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the RV buying experience from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable process. This is a relationship-driven role focused on understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships by greeting and engaging customers both in person and online
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right RV solutions
- Conduct detailed product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and value
- Assist customers through the purchase process, including financing and documentation
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Deliver a professional, positive, and memorable customer experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a high-energy, customer-first mindset
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and explain it clearly
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, or similar industry is a plus, but not required)
