Hemlock Hill RV is HIRING a RVIA CERTIFIED Service Technician! We have expanded and are looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV systems. Someone who is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance concerns.
A successful, certified Service Technician will be DEPENDABLE, pay great attention to detail, be self-motivated and well-versed in all types of maintenance and repairs. PAY is based on experience and a tiered structure. Hourly, modified flat rate and flat rate fee-based structure ladder.
Responsibilities:
· Provide and document complete diagnostic tests. Perform repair maintenance and replacement services on RVs.
· Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
· Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
· Keep supervisor appraised of work progress through proper documentation.
· Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by the supervisor.
· Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers.
· Work in a team environment.
Requirements:
· Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) BUT we also consider applicable work experience
· Minimum 2 years RV Service Technician experience
· May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
· Potential exposure to heights & hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
· Possible exposure to environmental conditions includes heat, cold, humidity, noise & dust
· Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending
· Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
· Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
