What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Operations Lead position at Hemispheric?
We are seeking an exceptional Site Operations Lead to establish and manage our data collection site in Boston.

In this position, you will:
- Take ownership of the operations of our data collection site in Boston
- Help plan and establish our data operations, including lead the site buildout
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the local team
- Serve as primary contact on-site; collaborate daily with management in Israel
- Manage external providers and partnerships
- Continuously track and leverage data to improve data collection processes
- Work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Our ideal candidate:
- 3 years of experience managing people and operations
- Proven track record of managing teams in the US
- Proven experience in building complex operations from scratch
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Superb communication skills and high emotional intelligence
- Loves collaborating with others and working in a team
- Passionate about technology and savvy in using software, spreadsheets, and hardware equipment.
- Experience or interest in the mental health field, strongly preferred
- A Boston resident preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven track record of solving problems and getting stuff done
