LVN NOC Nurse — Hemet Hills Post Acute
Pay: $30-35 per hour DOE
Shift: NOC (11pm - 7am)

What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards at all times.
What you’ll bring
- Current California LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years LVN experience required.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- A caring, resident-first approach and ability to work independently during overnight hours.
