Your Role as an Activities Aide
As an Activities Aide, you will help create meaningful moments and enriching experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents
- Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar
- Maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces
- Communicating important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure each resident feels supported and seen
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus
- Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred
- CPR certification is a bonus
- A positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine desire to brighten residents’ days
