Hemet Hills Post Acute is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our food services team. With 178 beds serving both short- and long-term residents, our dietary department plays a key role in supporting quality care and resident satisfaction.

Pay Range:
$17.48–$18.50 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service to residents
• Ensure trays meet diet orders and portion guidelines
• Deliver meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware according to safety standards
• Assist cooks and dietary staff as needed to support daily operations
• Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dietary or food service experience preferred (healthcare or skilled nursing a plus)
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail
• Reliable, punctual, and resident-focused attitude
