The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and experienced with home care systems and administrative processes.Responsibilities:Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DirectorManage document processing, scanning, faxing, and email communicationSupport onboarding and compliance functions, including E-Verify and CHRC/Home Care Registry checksCoordinate communication through Text Request and Care ConnectHandle Workers’ Compensation, Disability, and FMLA filingsUtilize HHAeXchange, Nevvon, and NYBest Medical portalsMaintain accurate and confidential employee and client recordsQualifications:Prior experience in home care or healthcare administration preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets)Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesProfessional and dependable with strong communication skills
