Are you organized, people-focused, and passionate about making a difference? At Helping Hearts Senior Care, we’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist who will play a key role in welcoming and preparing caregivers to deliver exceptional care to seniors in our community.

This is more than an administrative role—you’ll help set the tone for every caregiver’s journey with us and ensure they feel supported, prepared, and confident from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Guide new caregivers through the onboarding process from hire to first shift

• Ensure all hiring requirements are completed (background checks, credentials, etc.)

• Lead engaging new hire orientations (virtual and/or in-person)

• Communicate clearly and consistently with new hires to keep them on track

• Partner with scheduling and recruiting teams to get caregivers working quickly

• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Support new caregivers during their first days to ensure a smooth transition

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and a friendly, supportive approach

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in onboarding, HR, staffing, or healthcare preferred but not required

• Passion for helping others and creating a great experience for new hires

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in home care or healthcare

• Knowledge of caregiver compliance requirements (CPR, TB, etc.)

• Experience leading orientations or training sessions
