In Home Support Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Support Assistant to provide assistance to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and a passion for making a positive impact in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
