Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Homecare Aides to provide in-home support to individuals in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. As a Homecare Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health as directed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in homecare or related field preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the specified zip codes.
