What You'll Be Doing

• Helping clients with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and genuine emotional support
• Engaging clients—including those with dementia or physical/developmental disabilities—in meaningful activities
• Light housekeeping - organizing, dishes, dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Meals - preparing, cooking and cleanup
• Keeping an eye out for changes in a client's health or behavior and reporting them

What We're Looking For

• 12 hour Night shift availability
• A valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation (you'll travel within the Roanoke area to client homes, appointments, and occasional office visits for interviews, orientation, and meetings)
• Ability to pass a background check (no barrier crimes)
