Through our social -enterprise retail store Helpers Artisan Boutique - we amplify awareness about the talent artists with developmental disabilities have and increase their self sufficiency, purpose, promoting inclusivity in the community, and generating mission - sustaining revenue. Every product in our boutique is created by artists with developmental disabilities or by organizations that support them.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the success of the boutique by planning and executing marketing, social media, newsletters, merchandising, and outreach that drives sales, expands community awareness, and uplifts artists with developmental disabilities. This role blends creative marketing work with hands on retail operations in store in a purpose driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player, someone who is empathetic, supportive, patient, comfortable with wearing different "Hats" in a small hands on environment.
Experience in retail, marketing, or related field
Competence with social media platforms and content creation, excel, power point
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Prior experience with Square,
Volunteer work with non profits
Event experience
Comfortable working in public setting
Enthusiasm for Helpers' mission and commitment to disability inclusion
Candidate must have a car and flexibility to work weekends or evenings for pop up events
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, community minded, and excited to work with a small team where every action directly impacts the mission. The position is geared towards training and mentorship for the Retail Marketing Manager position.
