We’re looking for a savvy, multifaceted marketer who thrives in a fast-paced personal care brand. This role is perfect for someone who can wear many hats, move seamlessly between creative and analytical work, and support cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns, creating content, managing digital channels, and supporting our marketing manager in day-to-day brand activities. If you're a motivated self-starter with both creative flair and strategic thinking — we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative
- Serve as the primary photography for the brand and plan, shoot, and edit photos for eCommerce, email, social, and advertising.
- Execute brand-aligned creative across email, website, social, and paid channels.
- Create graphic design assets for marketing needs.
- Support the development of brand storytelling, online presence, and visual identity.
Email Marketing
- Build, design, and schedule email campaigns.
- Manage audience segments, flows, automations, and performance analytics.
- Report on key KPIs and recommend strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
Advertising & Campaigns
- Assist with multi-channel campaign planning and execution.
- Support light paid ads work through Meta Ads and Google Ads (setup, monitoring, basic optimizations) as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end launches.
- Track campaign performance and identify actionable optimization opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs across GA4, paid platforms, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Interpret data to uncover performance trends and recommend strategies.
- Assist with forecasting, dashboards, and monthly performance summaries.
Website & Digital Experience
- Update and manage content across website and eCommerce platforms.
- QA product pages and ensure consistent branding and accuracy.
- Support on-site optimization efforts to improve conversion and UX.
Operations & Customer Experience
- Provide customer service support through phone and email as needed.
- Help organize assets, maintain marketing calendars, and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, operations, and creative teams.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of marketing experience; beauty, skincare, or wellness background is a plus.
- Strong balance of creative and analytical skill sets.
- Experience with product photography, Adobe Creative Suite/Canva, and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of GA4, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with eCommerce and website CMS platforms.
- Understanding of paid social/Google Ads and digital campaign best practices.
- Excellent project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations.
