Key Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed and accuracy

• Educate homeowners on system conditions, presenting clear solutions and upgrade options

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and lifespan

• Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues

• Build trust with customers through clear communication and expert recommendations

• Maintain accurate job records, part usage, and recommendations

• Ensure safety and compliance with all applicable codes and company standards

• Keep your truck fully stocked and ready for action

Qualifications: 

• 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills

• A consultative, sales-minded approach to solving customer issues

• Valid driver’s license and HVAC certification/license

• High school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred)

• Physically capable of working in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
