DrainTechnician - Entry Level

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Residential Drain Technician to join our team of Plumbing experts! This role involves diagnosing and resolving residential drain issues while providing outstanding service and identifying areas of improvement, recommending better drainage and water quality solutions. No prior plumbing experience necessary, we provide comprehensive paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing and drain inspections for residential and clients.
• Provide some plumbing maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety and building codes.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend plumbing products or services to clients.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new business and upselling services.
• Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
• Document service reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing service and repair preferred but not mandatory
• Proven sales experience, preferably in home services industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid plumbing license (if required) and driver’s license.
