We're currently hiring full-time and part-time LPNs to provide private-duty skilled nursing care in the home. We offer flexible scheduling so you can find the work-life balance that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
What You'll Do
As a Private Duty LPN, you'll provide individualized, skilled nursing care in a comfortable home setting. Responsibilities include:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor patient conditions and accurately document care provided.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion exercises (PROM), and safe lifting and transferring.
- Provide care for patients using Trilogy ventilators, tracheostomies, and other skilled nursing equipment.
- Communicate promptly with our scheduling team regarding patient needs and schedule updates.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while helping them achieve the highest quality of life.

Qualifications:- Current NC or Compact State nursing license
- Familiarity with home skilled nursing needs
- Experience with caring for patients on a ventilator, g-tube and tracheostomy and or be willing to train
- Reliable transportation
Salary : $32 - $36
