Position Overview
Are you an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience with electrical roadway projects? Helm is seeking a proactive individual who can engage customers, navigate projects from conceptualization to completion, and deliver exceptional results through innovative management techniques. This role will oversee projects for the Departments of Transportation, tollway authorities, municipalities, and other public-sector clients with a focus on traffic signals, street lighting, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and related roadway electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing public infrastructure construction projects, coordinating field crews and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and serving as a point of contact for owners, engineers, inspectors, vendors, and internal project teams

This position is for our roadway electrical division which is responsible for the Power, Wiring, and Lighting scopes of work for multiple infrastructure clients such as Departments of Transportation, tollway authorities, municipalities, and other public-sector clients. This role is located in our Loves Park, IL office with potential field offices between Rockford and Chicago Suburb
