Production Manager
Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Production Manager. As Production Manager, you will deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of production and will cultivate a culture that is second to none. You will be hands-on and immerse yourself in the trenches to optimize productivity, promote growth, spark innovation, and incite change from within. - Manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders
- Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments within HelloFresh
- Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression and development
- Monitor communication between multiple production lines to eliminate downtime
- Establish procedures, metrics and processes to drive productivity and optimization
- Analyze and identify areas of improvement in cost savings, production, and lead times
- Create, learn, and assist on strategic planning and forecasting to improve existing production issues
- Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience
