Associate, Influencer Marketing

At HelloFresh, we are hungry for data and driven by results. We are seeking a highly motivated Associate of Influencer Marketing to join our US Growth Marketing team. This isn't just about brand awareness; it’s about performance. You will be at the intersection of creativity and analytical rigor, managing campaigns that move the needle on customer acquisition.

This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take full ownership of campaigns. You’ll work closely with our in-house teams and agency partners to scale our influencer program while maintaining a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

What you’ll do...

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute performance-driven influencer campaigns from inception to completion, working with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Product Seeding & Logistics: Lead our product seeding initiatives by collaborating with our VIP team and distribution centers to ensure our product gets into the hands of the right creators.
• Creative Strategy: Develop compelling campaign briefs that balance core product messaging with emerging social trends to drive conversion.
• Operational Excellence: Generate and manage tracking codes and UTMs to ensure 100% accuracy in performance analysis.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Excel to manage data feeds and track key metrics (CPM, CPV, CAC, LTV, ROI). You’ll prepare post-campaign reports that highlight actionable insights for future growth.
• Relationship Building: Act as a key point of contact for influencers and partners, ensuring brand guidelines are met while fostering productive, long-term relationships.
  
  

What you’ll bring...

• Performance Expertise: You have a proven track record in performance-driven influencer marketing. You aren't just looking at "likes"; you understand CAC, incremental/marginal CAC, and ROI.
• Analytical Rigor: You are proficient in Excel and comfortable using data to tell a story and optimize campaign performance.
• Organizational Mastery: You can juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously without breaking a sweat, ensuring every asset is delivered on time.
• Communication Skills: You are a clear, effective communicator who can explain complex requirements to influencers and brief internal teams with ease.
• Growth Mindset: You stay ahead of social media trends and are passionate about finding the next big platform or content format in the wellness and food verticals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications...

• Direct experience with influencer platforms like AspireIQ or CreatorIQ.
• A strong interest in content production, creator marketing and emerging digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with the food/wellness vertical is a major plus.
