As our hardware-enabled healthcare solutions continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Officer to take ownership of logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role working closely with operations, engineering, vendors, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Take end-to-end ownership of logistics and supply chain operations
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, both domestic and international
- Coordinate with external partners
- Freight forwarders
- Carriers
- Customs brokers
- Suppliers and vendors
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and warehouse coordination
- Ensure accurate tracking of logistics activities
- Shipments
- Deliveries
- Returns and RMAs
- Manage logistics documentation
- Shipping records
- Invoices
- Import and export paperwork
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs, lead times, and delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and internal policies
- Support procurement and purchasing activities in coordination with Operations and Finance
- Coordinate hardware distribution to customers, partners, and internal teams
- Identify logistics risks, delays, or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop, document, and improve logistics processes and workflows
- Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics for leadership
- Support the scaling of logistics operations as the company grows
- 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Proven experience managing end-to-end logistics operations
- Prior experience in relevant environments
- Hardware, medical devices, healthcare, or technology companies
- International shipping and customs coordination
- Inventory and warehouse management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel or reporting skills are a plus
- Ownership mentality with the ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite in Clearwater, Florida
