Hello There Collective is a female-led creative agency based in Los Angeles, specializing in a 360-degree approach to brand building in the digital space. We work with brands across beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle, delivering performance-driven influencer, content, and social media strategies.
We are hiring a Los Angeles–based Office Coordinator / Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio.
We’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and hands-on — the type of person who takes ownership of a space and makes sure everything is ready before anyone has to ask.
What You’ll Do
Studio & Shoot Readiness
- Prep the studio before shoots (cleaning, organizing, staging, coordinating basic setup needs)
- Ensure client products, props, and materials are ready and accessible
- Reset and reorganize the studio post-shoot
- Support light production logistics (deliveries, crafty, vendor coordination)
Inventory & Product Management
- Maintain organized storage of all client products
- Track inventory levels and flag when restocks are needed
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments
- Coordinate returns and product send-backs
- Create and maintain a clean, reliable tracking system
Office Operations
- Keep common areas clean and functional
- Manage office and studio supplies
- Receive deliveries and handle mail
- Support the production and leadership team with on-site logistics
- Proactively solve operational issues before they escalate
Who You Are
- Extremely detail-oriented and system-minded
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Experienced in studio, agency, or production environments (preferred)
- Based in Los Angeles and available for daily in-person work
- Able to lift and move boxes/products as needed
This role is essential to the success of our shoots and client work. We’re looking for someone who treats the studio like their own and takes pride in keeping operations tight, clean, and ready at all times.
